Concierge Resource is a life management firm focused on helping companies create ideal, attracting workplace environments. We provide on-site and virtual concierge services to corporations, hospitals and residential communities. We also train and coach concierge firms in the delivery of world-class services. Concierge Resource has one subsidiary, Hospital Concierge of America, which partners with hospitals to train and deliver optimal work-life balance and concierge programs to their valued employees.

Since its inception in 2001, Concierge Resource has successfully served thousands of residential customers and hospital employees. Today, we are proud to say Concierge Resource is recognized as the leader in concierge services, implementing best practices in operations, delivery and management systems.

Leadership

Todd Wheeler, President and CEO
As the founder and president of Concierge Resource and Hospital Concierge of America, Mr. Wheeler has more than 20 years experience as a successful entrepreneur and coach.  In the 1990's he operated an international management consulting firm specializing in organizational development and growth for clients including: Arthur Anderson, Gambro International, Rocky Mountain Bank Note and Grupo Misa (Mexico City). Prior to that, Mr. Wheeler was the Chair of the MIT Enterprise Forum in Colorado.

Jeremy Smith, Director of Concierge Operations
Jeremy joined the Company in June of 2004 having previously served as the Denver operations manager for a Dallas-based concierge company and as concierge manager for a 400-unit luxury apartment building. Jeremy has spent the majority of his professional career improving the service industry, giving him insight and appreciation of world-class customer service. As Director of Concierge Operations, Jeremy oversees of all of Concierge Resource & Hospital Concierge of America's onsite operations.

Victoria Hannu, CPCC, Chief Operations Officer
Victoria joined Concierge Resource in 2008 as Director of Operations, she quickly grew into the Chief Operations Officer position. In her position she works closely with senior management to oversee all corporate operations and financial aspects of the Company. Prior to joining Concierge Resource, Victoria was an entrepreneur, life & business coach and business consultant. Victoria's experience in business process & systems design and development, along with her expertise in team facilitation and project management have made her a powerful and valuable addition to the Concierge Resource team. She is also a published writer, poet, speaker and trainer.

Saurabh Gupta, Director of Technology
Saurabh has been with the Company since August of 2004, bringing an extensive background in small business IT support and consulting. He has a Masters degree in Information Technology and more than 12 years of IT consulting experience. Saurabh is credited with creating and maintaining the Concierge Resource Web site.

Bill Dougherty - Hospitality
Mr. Dougherty brings 23 years of senior hospitality management experience with the Westin Hotels to his role on our Board of Advisors. As a mentor and friend, Bill brings his extraordinary experience in customer care to the Company. Bill's humanity and depth are one of the most valued assets that he offers to us.

Bruce Glazer - Finance
As EVP/CFO of Altitude Sports & Entertainment, Mr. Glazer shares his expertise in finance, entrepreneurialism and strategic planning.

Angela Stewart - Marketing
As a member of our Board of Advisors, and former Chief Marketing Officer for First Data, Ms. Stewart contributes her 20+ years of consumer and business services marketing experience. She has grown new sources of revenue through innovative market solutions for both small emerging companies and large corporations.

Lida Citroën, Principal, LIDA360 - Marketing, Branding
Lida brings 22 years of experience leading successful branding, marketing and communications to the company. She works closely with Concierge Resource guiding the company on strategic brand positioning, developing targeted marketing programs, and creating and managing focused communications to advance their position as a world-class concierge resource to companies, hospitals and other concierge businesses.

Brian Meegan - Legal
A partner in Ireland Stapleton, LLC, Mr. Meegan contributes his expertise in corporate finance, employee and franchise law, and business planning matters including corporate formation and structuring.

Donn Hein - Business
As CEO of Specialty Wines, Mr. Hein shares his expertise a successful entrepreneur. He has been involved in several family businesses, from retail business equipment to commercial real estate, ranching/cattle business and oil exploration and production. Currently Mr. Hein brings his extraordinary experience in Rare and Vintage wines to the Company's expansive list of services.

Richard TenEyck - Business, Coaching and Organizational Development
As President of TenEyck Associates, one of Colorado's preeminent management consulting firms, Mr. TenEyck provides his strategic sales and product management, marketing, succession and organizational advice to the Company.

Robert White - Business, Personal and Human Development
As Chairman and CEO of Extraordinary People LLC., and one of the Founders of the Human Potential Movement in the world, Mr. White shares a rich personal history of entrepreneurial and high-impact training successes in working with executives to develop extraordinary leadership skills, focus, alignment, and commitment as a member of our Board of Advisors.

Pete TenEyck - Business
As VP of New Business Development at Blue Onion Marketing, Mr. TenEyck brings 25 years of business acumen as an Advisor to the Board by taking a fresh look at the company's marketing offerings and strategies.

Dave O'Brien - Finance
As CEO of the Business Catapult and Entrepreneur in Residence for the University of Colorado Bard Center for Entrepreneurship, Mr. O'Brien shares his expertise in assisting entrepreneurs develop, manage, fund and grow their companies.

Herb Rubenstein - General Business
As President of the Sustainable Business Group in Denver, CO, Mr. Rubenstein contributes his expertise in leadership, law, entrepreneurship and strategic planning.  

Jim McCloskey - Finance
As a Consultant for the Gerson, Lehrman, Leading Investment Firm, former CFO with Red Robin Restaurants and Famous Amos Cookies, Mr. McClosky shares his 25+ years of finance and leadership experience for high-growth companies. As a member of our Board of Advisors he is resourceful in his approach to identifying and accomplishing key business objectives along with his proven ability to recruit, train, and motivate high performance teams.

Dr. Stephanie Clements - Media, Healthcare
As a medical journalist, web producer and medical practitioner, Dr. Clements shares her expertise in media and healthcare marketing with Concierge Resource.

John Kelley - Business Development
